Return & Exchange


We will check the goods for picky quality before shipping and provide tracking number for all shipped products. In our store, your satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business relationship between us. We offer a return policy for those customers who are not satisfied with their products. There are a few guidelines that must be followed in order to make the return/exchange go smoothly.

1.Before returning, please email us first for the return address as well as a return authorization without which returns will not be accepted. And please read the following policy first:

A. Please email us for a refund or exchange within 3 days of arrival, include a reason for a Return and at the same time take a picture for our reference.

B. Upon receipt of the parcel, please examine your ordered item carefully. If you received a poor-quality product or a wrong product other than the one you ordered, please take photos of the item and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. You need to send back to us the products in original package.Then we will resend a new item to you or issue a refund for you.

C. If you want to return the product just because you do not want it, please notice that return shipping fee is at your expense. you need to send back to us the products in original package and the products should have not been usedexpect try out.The original shipping fee is not refundable.

D. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your interests, we suggest you send back your parcel via a traceable method.

EThe purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.

2.If you want to return the ordered product, Please attach a note with the following information

1) Order Number

2) Product Code/Product Name

3) Details of the reason for your exchange

4) A refund or exchange as the solution

Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. A 5% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. The replacement will be shipped out only after the returned item has been received. After we get your retuned parcel, we will contact you. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange.
